TUCSON, Ariz. - Filling a prescription just became a little easier in Tucson.
Members of Medicare now have access to self-service kiosks created by SpotRx, a retail pharmacy company that is working to establish more of a presence in the area, while giving folks the convenience of not having to wait in line.
These kiosks can be used by patients to pick up their prescriptions or over-the-counter medications before leaving the clinic.
They are located at three different CareMore Care Centers and, if need be, patients can schedule a free next day home delivery.
Additional benefits of using the service include: refill reminders, price matching with other pharmacies, and savings on prescriptions that are not already covered by Medicare.
