Excitement is building in Tucson for a first of its kind NASA mission to return a sample of an asteroid to earth.
To honor of the University of Arizona’s OSIRIS-REx launch this week The Children's Museum offered a variety of space inspired activities Sunday. Kids had the opportunity to explore space through different interactive displays and received free OSIRIS-REx stickers.
All summer, the museum focused on activates of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.
OSIRIS-Rex launches this Thursday.
