TUCSON, Ariz. — A juvenile female pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Tucson's east side.
According to TPD, the pedestrian was hit by a car while crossing Pima Street. She was taken to the hospital.
Pima Street was shut down westbound from Tanque Verde Road/Wilmot Road just west of Rook Avenue while police investigated.
The driver remained on scene.
