Japanese and Tucson students team up to tackle cyberbullying

Posted

Japanese students are visiting teens from Changemaker High School this week as both groups work to combat cyberbullying.

The two groups of teenagers have been working alongside each other for the past few months to find a solution to cyberbullying and find a way to spread kindness.

This is all a part of the Arizona-Kansai Cyberbullying Prevention Program.

Back in June, ten students from Changemaker High made the trip out to Japan where they visited the ten Japanese students.

Prior to their visit the two groups had spent the entirety of the program communicating via video chat.
