Actors at Hotel Congress in downtown Tucson reenacted the famous capture of one of the nation's most notorious bank robbers and gangsters.
The hotel hosts a two-day event to honor the capture of John Dillinger each year.
In 1934, Dillinger and his gang decided to hide out at the Hotel after robbing banks around the country. A fire at the hotel forced Dillinger to move to a house just a few blocks away -- where police eventually captured him. It remains one of the most famous events in Tucson’s history.
