MOHAVE VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities have lifted evacuations for 60 homes in the vicinity of a wildfire in northwestern Arizona.

Mohave Valley fire officials had evacuated residences as a precaution Friday night after the wind-aided wildfire burned approximately 400 acres.

The fire was first reported earlier in the day around 3:15 p.m.

Mohave County Emergency Management Coordinator Byron Steward says the fire was started by either a downed power line or a transformer.

It's burning near Willow Valley, north of Interstate 40.

So far, no structures have been damaged.

Evacuated residents were able to stay at a Red Cross shelter at the local elementary school.
