A lot of kids (and adults) dream of being a superhero. Well now here's your chance.

On April 28th, the University of Arizona's Mel & Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health will be hosting the U of A Superhero Fun Day for Tucson families.

The day starts with a health expo and a yoga warm up, followed by fun stations and the Fun Run around the U of A mall. Some of the activities include the pool noodle throw, wheelbarrow dash and the diabolical dribble.

"Even superheros need to keep in shape," says Dan McDonald, of the University of Arizona. "With this event we are encouraging families to be more physically active by enjoying some of the many ways families can be active together including walking or running, but also dancing, gardening, and just fun goofy games they can make up themselves!"

Registration for the event has been extended until April 27th. The first 500 kids to register will get a free University of Arizona superhero cape.
