Gospel Rescue Mission accepting donations for Christmas banquet

TUCSON, Ariz. — The Gospel Rescue Mission is preparing to feed the homeless and hungry in Tucson this Christmas and are asking for donations from the community.

The 31st Annual Christmas Banquet will be held on December 18th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, at the H.S. Lopez Family Foundation Center of Opportunity.

The mission is asking for frozen turkeys, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, fruit salad, cranberry sauce, rolls, pies, and drinks.

Donations are being accepted at the Center of Opportunity, 4550 S. Palo Verde Road, at the Women's Recovery Center, 707 W. Miracle Mile Rd., in Tucson.
