TUCSON, Ariz. — A first-of-its-kind summer camp is underway this week in Arizona.

Nearly two dozen girls are attending their first summer camp as members of the Boy Scouts of America. The camp kicked off earlier this week on Mount Lemmon.

Campers will swim, rock-climb and learn things like robotics and animation. The camp offers over 50 merit badges that scouts can earn.

The BSA's Catalina Council says the camp is exactly the same as it's always been -- just with girls joining in on the fun this year.
