Aspen Dental held their annual day of service and provided free care to nearly 5,000 veterans across the country.
Depending on their medical coverage not all veterans receive 100% benefits and are forced to look into other options to receive proper care.
Aspen Dental says, "Day of Service", is all about thanking veterans for their service by giving them the gift of a healthy mouth.
The initiative launched in 2014 and since then thousands of veterans have been helped.
One veteran who visited one of the dental offices said he hadn't had dental work done in 20 years and is thankful for opportunities that become available to them.
