TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day is April 30, and what better way to celebrate to than by adopting a shelter pet.
Pima Animal Care Center will be offering free pet adoptions from April 29 to May 1.
The special applies to all PACC pets over six months old and includes the pet’s spay or neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and a free vet visit. A standard $16 licensing fee will apply to all adult dogs.
“We have many deserving pets waiting for their forever homes,” said Justin Gallick, PACC’s director of community engagement.
The shelter is located to 4000 N. Silverbell Road and Pima Animal Care Center also has four offsite PetSmart adoption centers.
