A former teacher at Catalina Foothills High School pleaded guilty to sexual contact with a minor on November 8.
Back in February of 2017, Schubert resigned after accusations of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
The Pima County Sheriff's Department investigated the case and after speaking with witnesses and collecting evidence, determined that 45-year-old Charles Schubert had been in an ongoing sexual relationship with a student at the school.
Schubert will be sentenced on December 14 at 10 a.m.
