El Rio Health is offering free back-to-school immunizations as well as vision and dental screenings.
The event will be held August 5, 2017 at Congress Medical Center located at 839 W. Congress from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
This event is open to all families even if you are not currently an El Rio patient.
