TUCSON, Ariz. — The Arizona Department of Public Safety said a dead body was found under an overpass on Interstate 10 just outside of Willcox Tuesday afternoon.
AZDPS said the body was found near the westbound lanes.
A tow-truck driver searching for a tire that fell off his truck found the body.
AZDPS said the remains are mostly skeletal.
