PHOENIX (AP) - The Arizona Department of Corrections that normal water service has been restored to a prison where inmates had to use bottled water and portable toilets for several days after a well ran dry.
Department spokesman Andrew Wilder says Cochise County crews on Monday completed repairs that restored service to the Douglas prison complex.
The complex houses approximately 2,000 inmates.
