Tucson police arrested a woman who is responsible for what firefighters called a "giant fire ball" on the southside Tuesday night.

Witnesses said they saw a woman around the home with a small lighter while it was on fire.  Two neighbors came to wrestle her down until Tucson police arrived on scene.

Police officers used a Taser to get the woman under control.

The woman, identified as 40-year-old Sabrina Phillips, was formally charged Wednesday night. She faces three felonies, including Arson of an Occupied Structure, Criminal Damage and Aggravated Assault.

It took 45 minutes for Tucson firefighters to control the fire because of its large size. Firefighters were still putting out flames at least three hours after it started at 6:45 p.m.

Tucson Fire said no one was injured in the fire, but a few animals are unaccounted for.
