A fire that sparked on Friday and spread to 5,500 acres is now 90 percent contained.
Firefighters believe the Cumero Fire is human-caused and is under further investigation.
The U.S. Forest Service says the fire began around 9:30 a.m. Friday next to Cumero Mountain which is 10 miles northeast of Sasabe.
Winds helped to spread the fire among grass and brush.
Ground teams and a helicopter are fighting the fire on the Nogales Ranger District of the Coronado National Forest.
