Colossal Cave Mountain Park is hosting Cave Yoga tonight and tomorrow from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Drapery Room.
Tonight's class is sold out, but there are still spots available for tomorrow's class.
Park officials say Cave Yoga connects breath and movement, as yogis build heat and strength in the body followed by long stretches to lengthen muscles and gain flexibility. The class concludes with a brief meditation.
Attendees must bring water, a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, and shoes to walk into the Drapery Room, which is about a three-minute walk into the cave.
There will be drinks and snacks at the cafe for after the class.
