A burglary crime spree on Tucson's southwest side targeting the same person within a span of a few weeks and it was caught on camera.
"I have been here for 21 years and just all of a sudden you know they are breaking in and stealing stuff," said a person who wants to remain anonymous for safety reasons.
He says last month thieves first stole a portable AC unit and then broke into his shed stealing a motorized bike. He says that is when he decided to get a security camera.
A couple weeks later security video showed two people trying to take another portable AC, but failed and leave empty-handed.
The next week one thief came back and broke out bolt cutters to break open the shed lock.
"Somehow he pulled the rivets right out of the door to get in when he stole the second bike," he said.
Fast forward to two weeks ago, security video showed another theft with a different thief again with bolt cutters.
"Now he is cutting the padlock off," he said. "He's got that other guy's bolt cutters."
Security video showed the thief then wheeling away the portable AC unit.
This resident says he is working with the Pima County Sheriff's Department and hopes someone will recognize these men.
