Authorities have recovered a vehicle taken from the home of a Fountain Hills couple who were among the victims of a killing spree.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office says deputies on Wednesday located the second of two cars stolen from Bryon Thomas and Mary Simmons earlier this month.

They arrested the driver, 42-year-old Keith Dees.

Dees has been booked on one count of theft of means of transportation. Charges of burglary may come with further investigation. It's not known if he has a lawyer.

Scottsdale police say the couple was fatally shot three days before the June 6 burglary by Dwight Lamon Jones.

They say Jones killed six people in and around suburban Scottsdale because of their connection to his divorce proceedings.

Jones later killed himself when confronted by police.
