Border Patrol agents located more than 340 pounds of abandoned marijuana Sunday afternoon near Ajo, Arizona.
Agents conducting surveillance reported seeing 10 people walking in the desert, according to a media release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
When agents arrived at the last known location, they found eight bundles of marijuana. Agents were unable to locate the individuals transporting the cargo.
