A family donated a bench in their son's honor to the city of Tucson at Ft. Lowell Park by the pond on Friday.
Last year 18-year-old Eric Ruboyianes passed away because of a blood clot.
He was a freshman at the University of Arizona and graduated in 2015 from Catalina Foothills High School.
His parents wanted a place where he could be remembered.
As a child Eric loved to feed the ducks at Ft. Lowell Park and that's why they picked this location.
A few dozen people attended the unveiling of the bench and released balloons.
