Delta says overseas travelers will be charged for their baggage.
If you are traveling to Europe or North Africa, you will have to pay $60 for your first checked bag and $100 for the second.
The new charge applies for all flights bought after Dec. 6th and for all flights after April 10th.
It used to be free for the first bag and $100 for the second bag.
There is no change in fees for flights to other regions or more expensive international flights.
