Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich joined a 32-state investigation into Equifax's data breach.
Brnovich is calling for Equifax to disable the links for enrollment in a fee-based credit monitoring service.
He says the people affected should not have to pay for credit monitoring services.
The AG says Equifax is using its own data breach to sell its credit-monitoring services to victims.
