CHANDLER, Ariz. — Two managers from an assisted living facility in chandler have pleaded guilty to vulnerable adult abuse charges.

A man died in their care after spending two days in the facility with no working air conditioning in the heat of summer.

His room was 100 degrees when emergency crews arrived.

56-year-old Lolita Somera was sentenced last week to three years probation, and 90 days in jail.

After that she could be deported because she's in the country illegally.

Her husband Joseph Somera is scheduled to be sentenced in December.
