Armed bank robber strikes again

An armed bank robber has struck again.

The suspect robbed the Tucson Federal Credit Union at 3801 E. Speedway on Tuesday just before noon according to Sgt. Kimberly Bay with the Tucson Police Department. 

The same suspect is believed to have been involved in a robbery that happened on Thursday, October 13.

Sgt. Bay saysthe suspect robbed the Washington Federal Bank at 4910 East Broadway.

Bay says the suspect entered the bank armed with a handgun and wearing a disguise. The suspect pointed the handgun at several tellers and demanded money. 

The suspect is described a white male, 5'9" to 6'0" and has a medium build.

He was last seen wearing overalls, a long sleeve plaid shirt, a reddish or auburn wig with ponytail, a dark baseball cap, and mirrored sunglasses.
