Funding for Arizona's schools is still down from what it was ten years ago.
A new report from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities says state funding is 14 percent lower than it was before the great recession.
Arizona's per-pupil spending is also down about 1 point, 2 percent.
Governor Doug Ducey says Arizona has increased funding more than any other state in the past three years.
