TUCSON, Ariz. — The Gospel Rescue Mission is celebrating one women's spirit of giving this holiday season.

Elinor Peckat donated 200 handmade ornaments to the mission.

The twist? Peckat is 100 years old and she has been working on the ornaments since June.

Peckat says she can make about three ornaments a day. Her son helps her by cutting the pieces.

She says she has been crafting for more than 90 years and uses her talent as a way to stay sharp.

"When you get really old like me, you have to keep your mind busy or else you lost it," said Peckat.
