TUCSON, Ariz. — With the slow trickle of election results continuing in Arizona, it will likely be at least several days until the full picture of the race emerges.
Brad Nelson, the director of elections in Pima County, tells KGUN the department will continue to counting ballots every day until all eligible ballots are counted. Unofficial results of the latest numbers will be updated at the end of each daily count, he said.
"My best guess is that we will count all eligible ballots by COB on Nov. 13," he told KGUN 9.
After that, it won't be until the Nov. 17 Board of Supervisors meeting that the offical results are certified. The county will then send those results to the state to be included in its official count.
After that, Arizona's statewide results will be declared official on Nov. 30.
