COX Internet customers will see faster speeds in their homes during the coronavirus pandemic.
According to a press release from the company, Internet download speeds will be bumped up to 50Mbps through May 31, 2020.
In addition, users will also have access to the Cox Complete Care, a remote and phone support system that enables technical support.
"As learning and work for many shifts to the home during the coronavirus crisis, we want you to have access to the Internet speeds and resources to remain productive," COX said.
To access the new speeds, manually reset your modem by visitng Reset My Modem in the "My Account" section of the website.
