TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Tucson police say they've arrested a 20-year-old following a shooting at a midtown 7-Eleven on Jan. 22.
Andres Kenneth McKale, who officers found on Jan. 24, is now facing first-degree murder and armed robbery charges.
He is accused of killing 55-year-old employee Scott Dwayne Kennedy at the convenience store on E. 29th St.
TPD says the investigation is still ongoing.
