Sharise Erby-Castle tells us that Phenomenal Woman Empowerment Network is hosting the 7th Annual Women's Empowerment Conference, the main fundraiser for their Carrie J Gray Scholarship Program. The event allows a financial contribute to two current college students and provide mentorship.
