GLENDALE, Calif. — Disney Parks announced that the voice actress of Disney's Minnie Mouse, Russi Taylor, has died at 75.
Russi Taylor died Friday in Glendale, California.
Russi's career started more than 30 years ago where she gave voice to Minnie Mouse from television, to theatrical films, to other related projects.
Russi worked along side her husband Wayne Allwine who was the voice for Mickey Mouse.
The two worked together starting in the mid-1980's, and by 1991 they were married.
In 2009, Wayne Allwine died.
Russi Taylor gave voice to many well-known Disney characters.
"Russi's other Disney voices include Nurse Mouse in The Rescuers Down Under, as well as Donald’s mischievous nephews, Huey, Dewey, and Louie, and their friend Webbigail Vanderquack in the original DuckTales animated series," according to Disney Parks Blog.
