TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - An 18-month-old boy has died after being found unresponsive in the family pool.
Deputy Ryan Inglett, spokesperson with the Pima County Sheriff's Department says that on Feb. 27, deputies responded to the 10400 block of North Flintlock Trail.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found an unresponsive 18-month-old boy in the family’s pool, said Inglett.
The boy was transported to Tucson Medical Center, but died as a result of his injuries.
Deputies are investigating and more information will be released as it becomes available, said Inglett.
