A new study in the Journal of Psychiatric Research found that waking up before 6 a.m. can make people healthier and happier.

The study says this is more natural for the body because it the similar to sleep schedules before the invention of artificial lights.

People who effectively manage their sleep patterns will be less tired during the day, which gives them more energy to complete tasks that support their emotional and physical wellbeing.
