A 57-year-old man is missing from a care center in the 3700 block of North Swan Road.
David Yurek suffers from various medical and behavioral issues and has been without his medicine since March 23.
Yurek was last seen last Thursday exiting a taxi outside of another care facility in the 8100 block of East Broadway Boulevard according to a release from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Yurek is described as a Caucasian male with long brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5'7" and weighs about 126 pounds.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call 911 immediately.
