A flash flood watch is in effect for much of southern Arizona, including Oracle, Nogales, Douglas, Sierra Vista and Willcox. Tucson is not including in the watch, but surrounding areas could still see flooding.
The watch is in effect until midnight tonight, the National Weather Service says.
