Another business on 4th Avenue announced its closing its doors for good this week, marking the second closure in the area for July.
Ordinary Bike Shop broke the news on their Facebook page on Wednesday that July 26 will their final day on 4th Ave.
The Flycatcher closed on July 15 for a new apartment complex to take its place.
Ordinary Bike Shop was in business for 24 years, the last 14 of those on 4th Avenue.

Owner David Tang says he saw it coming. With retail sales declining over the past few years, the store became hard to sustain.
"It's one of the hardest things I've had to do," Tang said. "It's a lot like putting down a pet."
Three years ago, the store had 10 other employees, Tang said. They'll close Thursday with just two.

He says he's seen the culture of 4th Avenue change with new housing developments and the cost of living go up.
"I think anyone that's from Tucson or has lived here for longer than a decade can see that," Tang said. "And i'm not saying that it's a bad thing, but there's definitely a change in the way of the main demographic of downtown."
The future of Ordinary Bike Shop is uncertain, whether they will re-open at another location or online.

It's also not known what will move into the spot off 5th Avenue and 7th Street.
Ordinary Bike Shop is offering discounts on merchandise this week until they close.
