The non-profit organization My Girl Power donated a ping-pong table to Booth Fickett Friday.
The organization got the idea during a field trip last year when they took 80 middle school girls to the Capitol in Phoenix.
They spent most of their lunch break playing ping-pong at a park and organizers took note.
An organizer with My Girl Power explains why these types of donations are so important.

The students on the field trip were all part of the "Girls in Real Life Situations", a support group for young women.
