Dozens of people were slain Tuesday in a gas attack in Syria.
The chemical attack, executed by air strike, also injured more than 200. A second air strike targeted a hospital where victims were being treated after the initial attack.
At least 20 of the dead were children.
Russia blamed Syrian rebels for the attack, saying the airstrike hit an arsenal of Russia's stored chemical weapons.
