Salvation Army's Back to School Child Spree

Many families cannot afford the supplies needed for school, let alone the clothing and shoes they need. Young people who start school without the necessities can often feel less than, giving them a disadvantage. Having what they need for school will help these young people to get started with a positive attitude. So, Corey Leith and Major Dawn Rocheleau tell us about the Salvation Army's program, Back to School Child Spree. The Salvation Army of Tucson started the program in 1998. It provides at risk and needy school age children with the clothing and supplies they need to start school. We learn how the community can help.
