Here are this week's hottest home video releases. Find them on disc, or streaming services such as iTunes, Vudu, Amazon and Google Play.

The long-awaited follow-up to the 2013 classic may have been something of a letdown, but still manages to entertain with its familiar cast of characters, as well as some dynamic new songs. The sequel's story goes to some dark, challenging territory, with ice queen Elsa (Idina Menzel) questioning her station in life and visiting a dangerous realm. Her sister, Anna (Kristen Bell) is there to help out, along with Kristoff (JOnathan Groff) and the quriky, scene-stealing snowman, Olaf (Josh Gad). For my full review, click here. Extras include a sing-along version, outtakes, deleted scenes and a look inside the animation process.

Director Rian Johnson garnered a best original screenplay Oscar nomination for his tight whodunnit, which boasts a cast including Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Michael Shannon, Jamie Lee Curtis, Toni Collette, Don Johnson and Christopher Plummer. After a famous crime novelist dies, a detective investigates his family, which pulses with suspicious and backstabbing characters. For my full review, click here. The fast-moving film always keeps you guessing. Extras include deleted scenes, flmmaker commentary and a Q&A.

The 1990 deep-sea Cold War espionage thriller marked the first appearance of iconic Tom Clancy character Jack Ryan (Alec Baldwin). The plot involves the tense hunt for a rogue Soviet nuclear sub that's headed for the American coast. With a powerful supporting performance from Sean Connery, the film captured the angst and fears of the time. Extras include filmmaker commentary and a background featurette.
