TUCSON (KGUN9-TV)- With St. Patricks Day right around the corner, it's fitting to talk about Irish Dancing. These talented athletes are judged based on their technique, style and rhythm.
Former Riverdancer Darren Maguire owns his own academy in Tucson and is helping young, aspiring dancers get to a high level of competition.
For the past few weeks, 3 elite dancers have been preparing for the their performances on big stage.
On March 24th, Eva, Tori and Bella will attend the Irish Dance World Championships in Boston.
Each of these girls placed in the top 10 in the western United States, and will now compete against dancers from 32 other countries.
All three girls have been dancing for over 5 years and all have high hopes of placing in the upcoming competition.
If you'd like to support these talented young ladies, a tax deductible donation can be made through The Celtic Academy of Tucson. For more information check out www.maguireacademy.com
