Arizona Basketball to host Washington State on Saturday

The 12th ranked Wildcats look to sweep the season series following a 79-65 win at Washington State back on February 2nd. Solomon Hill hit six of then 3-pointers including a three quarters length shot at the end of the first half.
In this, its 40th full season of basketball, the McKale Center will surpass another milestone during the game. When the 4,808th fan enters the building, Arizona’s all-time men’s basketball attendance in McKale will surpass the eight-million mark. To date, the Wildcats have attracted 7,995,193 fans in 626 games, good for an average attendance figure of 12,772 per contest, or 88 percent of its current listed capacity (14,538).
Center Kaleb Tarczewski tallied 10 points and eight rebounds in Wednesday's 70-52 win over Washington. Tarczewski collected his fifth double-figure scoring game of the season. Additionally, it was the 14th time this season that the 7-foot freshman from Claremont, N.H., has pulled down five or more rebounds. Over the last five games, Tarczewski is shooting .632 (12-of-19) from the field. He’s averaging 6.2 points and 5.5 rebounds on the season.
