MARICOPA, Ariz. (AP) - A Maricopa man is in custody in a road-rage incident.
Maricopa police say Joseph Anthony Lee is being held on suspicion of two counts of aggravated assault and three counts of endangerment.
Police say officers responded to a report of shots fired just before midnight Saturday.
Witnesses say Yee was tailgating a car that was driven by a woman.
Her husband cut off Yee and a verbal altercation ensued.
Police say Yee reportedly pulled out a .38-caliber revolver and a passenger in the woman's car was shot in the right leg.
The victim was taken to a Phoenix hospital with a non-life threatening wound and Yee was arrested.
Police say alcohol use is considered a factor in the incident.
They didn't immediately know Monday if Yee has a lawyer yet.
