Small plane makes hard landing, no injuries

PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say two people have escaped serious injury when their plane made a hard landing in Chandler.
The Chandler Fire Department tells KNXV-TV that the rough landing occurred Friday night at Stellar Airpark.
The department says that the plane skidded off the runway and into a fence.
It was intermittently rainy Friday, but there was no immediate word if weather played a role.
The station says that the FAA is investigating.
