TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Traffic Justice is set to file papers with the city clerk Thursday in an effort to start a petition that will prohibit the use of photo-radar cameras for traffic enforcement.
In a news release, Traffic Justice spokesperson John Kromko said that the City of Tucson hires a company who operates the photo radar system unfairly to increase revenue.
Traffic Justice will be at the 4th Avenue Street Fair this weekend. Group representatives will mail a petition to everyone who has recently ticketed from photo-radar enforcement.
