Woman arrested trying to smuggle cocaine across border

NOGALES, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Customs and Border Patrol officers seized more than 26 pounds of cocaine Tuesday at the Dennis DeConcini Port in Nogales.
Lilia Guadalupe Martinie-Munoz, 21, was attempting to enter the U.S when officers referred her vehicle for further inspection.
Officers found $237,000 worth of cocaine in the trunk of her Chrysler Sedan with the help of narcotics detection canines, according to Edith Serrano with CBP.
Martinie-Munoz was arrested and the drugs and vehicle were seized. Martinie-Munoz faces prosecution on drug charges.
