TUSD clerk arrested, suspicion of sexual conduct with minor

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Deputies are investigating claims that a TUSD attendance clerk may have been having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old boy. 
 
Deputy Tom Peine with the Pima County Sheriff's Department tells KGUN9 that the young boy is not a TUSD student.
 
Juan F. Esquivias, 21, was arrested Thursday, February 28 and faces criminal charges for suspicion of sexual conduct with a minor and aggravated luring, according to Peine.
