DM holding operational readiness exercise

DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Davis-Monthan Air Force Base will be conducting a routine operational readiness exercise from March 11-14.
Davis-Monthan wants to advise the public there will be increased activity on the base. This will occur during both the day and night during the four day period, according to a media release from the 355the Fighters Wing Public Affairs.
These exercises are held to ensure D-M's Airmen maintain the highest levels of proficiency and readiness for worldwide military and humanitarian operations.
During the exercise period, alarms, sirens and loudspeaker announcements may be heard at residences on and near the base.
